UNDERSTAND STORYBOARD

Did you ever hear the word storyboard? It seems like not so many people know what it actually storyboard. For more details, please read the following article.

Storyboarding is another avenue to explore the possibility of narrative or to train an appearance. Parents said that "a picture can describe a thousand words" is very suitable for storyboarding.
In general, the making of movies, comic books and animation, a script developed before the storyboard created. Lighting the story does not always require a completed script to take advantage in the storyboard process.

But we have to have a story and a story stretcher have a strong concept. Storyboard that can either help us understand an unusual story or facilitate the development of the original story.

A storyboard is a series of drawings that continued, with or without words, which tell a continuing story. Arts and storyboard sheets are available at art supply stores, but we can also create your own.
Simply drawing a series of boxes in a horizontal writing paper. Give a little space below each box for words. We can make it right with a pen or by using a computer.

Once we have an example of design, print or multiply multiple sheets to be used. Now we can start making the type of game with the storyboard below.
For example:

Game # 1 - Rehearsal Storyboard. The basis of the game is the story storyboard is as yet unknown, Mass Cinderella, Red Riding Hood Girl, etc..

For a story to be told some of the easy part. Limit the words on each panel to no more than two or three lines only. It requires regular practice.
Do this several times until we get a series of sequential segments suitable for us. Next, find some suitable images, such as photographs or artwork from newspapers or magazines, use clip art or capturing on the internet.

Clip, cut, paste, trace, copy and color is a basic technique in making a storyboard. People with more artistic abilities can do this better but everyone should try it for yourself.
Expand our storyboard on a poster board with tape and paste. Now we have a set of storyboards that can be used to find out our story.

Game # 2 - Storybuilding Storyboard. Use this type of storyboard to create a new story.
Clipping is the most important game of this type.
Take the time to collect images. We have to clip the image of interest to us.

We will find a pattern slowly emerged. Divide the image into the same category or subject.
We can also prey clip interesting words from an advertisement. There are many words that are 'smart' in a magazine.

Once we have a good collection, clipping yield spread on a table so that we can pick and choose.
The key to success in this game is to allow the process of free association to guide our choices.

Use the sense of "what if ..." and play with the clipping. Arrange and rearrange them until something appears in our imagination. If you still have doubts about the power of this technique, try on a child.

Once we get the concept of the story, we can either clip, copying, and pasting images into pieces of our story and stick them on poster board. We have completed a set of storyboards that can be used to develop ideas for new stories written and demonstrated.
Game # 3 - Photo Storyboard. Use this storyboard to help connect personal or family story.
We need black and white family photos or photos of clean storyboard before starting this trip. Do not be too obvious at the opening.
We will not get an accurate sequence of the story of our vacation pictures or family reunions.

Consider an extra copy or cut from magazines or travel brochures, make copies of family photos from similar events, or just cut something out of a magazine to suit our narrative.

Once we get a block of the story, tell the story with their own words using the panel on the sheet story. Do this several times until you feel comfortable with.

We can write a short narrative under each panel if needed. Now after we complete our story sheet, paste on poster board.
Storyboard will give us an idea of how we take our pictures for a video game. Storyboard does not have to be perfect.
Storyboard serve to help us all the good ideas that are written in the script to make a good transition in the game.
In making storyboards we can decide who appears in every scene and got a better idea of how to continue the story with our catches and editing.
We can make our storyboard more interesting by taking pictures from different angles. Several types of angles:
Wide Shot: This is the name of the camera angles were taken from a distance the character will seem small. Type of shooting is usually the case at the beginning of the game to make players aware of the place setting.
Long Shot: At this angle the characters appear larger than Wide Shot. The characters look from head to toe as a whole but also the place setting is seen clearly.
Medium Shot: Character look from below the waist to the head. At this angle we can see the expression on the character even close enough to see what the character's hand.
Close-up Shot: Shows only the head of the character. Suitable for an expression of the character of clearly.
High Camera Angle: This position will see the characters from above. This position makes the character seem like an important figure.
Low Camera Angle: This position will see characters from the bottom. This position makes the characters look great and gallant.
