Duty Of The Judicial Commission

Good evening bloggers, this time I want to talk about what tasks are performed by the judicial commission. This material may have you got before but I just wanted to write back who knows there's a forgotten hehehe :D
what the hell is unthinkable when you hear the words of the Judicial Commission?? The first thing that I thought of when hearing the word commission is something that concerned with money but I was wrong, The Judicial Commission is an institution established in 2004 that serves supervising judges and justices propose candidates.


Okay here are the tasks of the judicial commission :

1. Proposes Appointment of Chief Justice
The Judicial Commission has the task of:
a. To register candidates for Supreme Court Justices;
b. Do the selection of candidates for the Supreme Court;
c. To establish the Supreme Court Justices, and
d. Chief Justice to nominate candidates to the House.
 
2. Maintain and Uphold Honor, Virtue Dignity And Justice Behavior
The Judicial Commission has the task of:
a. Receive public complaints about the conduct of judges,
b. Conduct an examination of the alleged breach of conduct of judges, and
c. Creating examination report form of recommendations submitted to the Supreme Court, and copies thereof shall be delivered to the President and Parliament.
